Hello, my name is Christine Janusz and I am a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you unlock the transformative power of food—not just as fuel, but as a force for vitality, healing, and feeling your absolute best.

In today's world, nutrition can be overwhelming with conflicting advice and endless information. My mission is to cut through the confusion, providing clarity on what your body truly needs to thrive, while equipping you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed decisions for yourself.

To acquire the knowledge and expertise I bring, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Honors) from the University of British Columbia, and majored in Dietetics. My education was further enhanced by a practicum with the Island Health Authority. Over the years, I have gained experience in many medical nutrition therapy fields including oncology, renal care, diabetes management, cardiac health, and more.

With everything I've learned, I'm absolutely thrilled to share it with you and guide you towards your health goals—one meal at a time, making every bite count.

Book a 60-minute initial assessment to begin your journey toward better health. This session includes a detailed review of your medical history, current health concerns, dietary habits, and lifestyle. You’ll leave with a personalized nutrition plan and clear steps to achieve your health goals.

Follow-Up Consultation

Book a 30-minute follow-up visit to monitor your progress, refine your goals, and ensure your nutrition plan is on track. During this session, we’ll discuss any challenges you’ve faced, review additional resources, and make necessary adjustments to keep you moving toward your health objectives.

Nutrition Care Package

Book a complete nutrition support package, which includes an initial 60-minute consultation and three 30-minute follow-up visits. This package offers ongoing support with regular check-ins to track progress, address any concerns, and refine your nutrition plan for long-term success.
