To acquire the knowledge and expertise I bring, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Honors) at the University of British Columbia, and majored in Dietetics. My education was complemented by a practicum with the Island Health Authority, where I honed my skills in real-world settings. Over the years, I have acquired expertise in many areas of medical nutrition therapy, including oncology, renal care, diabetes management, ICU, cardiac health, and disease prevention, giving me the experience to formulate personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance that drives meaningful, long-term health improvements.
For my sessions, my goal is to help you formulate realistic, evidence-based goals based on established practice guidelines that will empower you to move forward and achieve your health objectives. Most importantly, I aim to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed decisions on your own.
